United StatesI returned it because the color was not like blue like pictured on the model (more of a slate/grey blue), and the material wasn’t very soft like a sweatshirt should be. Fortunately, it was easy to make a return in person at the store and person working was kind.
Thanks for the feedback. The color in the pigment dyed sweatshirts has a tendency to vary slightly based on dye batches. That's been difficult for us to capture in photos and we're going to work on better ways to show this based on your message.
