• How does the Toledo Shirt Club Subscription Work?

  Joining Jupmode's Toledo Shirt Club means that you are automatically enrolled in every Toledo Shirt! Once you sign up for this subscription, you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. This is a monthly subscription so Toledo shirts will ship out on the 15th of every month. You will receive an email prior to each release, so you have time if you need to change your shirt size or cancel your subscription. The credit card on file will be charged automatically if you do not cancel your subscription prior to the shirt release date.

• When will I receive my first shirt?

  Your first shirt will ship out once you join the club. Your first shirt is your member t-shirt (which counts as one month). The next shirt you will receive will be the following month’s shirt of the month which will ship out on the 15th. You'll be getting the same soft, quality t-shirts you know from our retail store.

• How does billing work for my subscription?

  Once you are subscribed, your credit/debit card will be billed $18 (plus tax) and you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. After, a new shirt will be released every 30 days and you will be charged every month on the 15th. Shipping for the Toledo Shirt Club shirts is free!

  You have the option to prepay and save - 5% on 3 months, 10% on 6 months, and 20% on 12 months. If you choose to prepay, your subscription will automatically be renewed for the same interval at the end of the prepaid subscription period. 

  If you are gifting a Toledo Shirt Club membership, the subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period and will not renew.

• When will I first be charged?

  When you join the Toledo Shirt Club, you will immediately be charged. Depending on the membership choice that you selected, you will either be charged $18 (plus tax) for your recurring monthly membership or you will be charged the amount of your pre-paid 3, 6, or 12-month membership. 

• When will I be charged again after my first payment?

  This depends on your membership! 

  If you chose not to prepay for your subscription, you will be charged $18 plus tax on the 15th of every month. 

  If you chose to prepay for your first 3 shirts, your subscription will continue to charge at the discounted rate for every three shirts you receive.  

• When do I get the shirt of the month?

  All official shirt of the month tees will ship out on the 15th of the month! To get a shirt of the month, you must join the club prior to the 15th of the month.

  For example, if you wanted the March shirt of the month, you would’ve had to have joined the club before March 15th. If you join the club after March 15th, you will receive the member shirt right away, but your first official shirt of the month will be the April Shirt Club shirt. Every month there will be a brand new design on our soft, comfy tees.

• When will my order ship?

  Orders ship on the 15th business day of the month. We ship via the US Postal Service. The standard shipping rate for one shirt is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are typically 3-5 days although it can vary depend on volume with USPS. You can expect your Toledo Shirt to arrive within the last few weeks of the new month.

• Can I return my shirt club shirt?

  No, Toledo Shirt Club Shirts cannot be returned.

• My shirt doesn’t fit, can I exchange sizes?

  Yes! Email us at shirtclub@jupmode.com.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  To cancel your subscription, login to your account at Jupmode.com and under manage subscription you have the option to cancel. Cancellation must be made prior to the next shirt release. 

• How can I change my address, size, or payment info?

  Login to your account at Jupmode.com and you will be able to edit all of your personal information there.

• Will all of your t-shirts have an Toledo theme?

  Yes! As a Toledo-based company we aim to foster a sense of pride for our city. Toledoans have great pride in their state and we plan to reflect that in these Toledo Shirt releases.  

• Can I purchase the Toledo Shirt without enrolling in the program?

  No, to purchase an Toledo Shirt you have to enroll in the subscription. If you would like to cancel your membership to the Toledo Shirt Club, this is not a binding contract and you are able to opt out at anytime. 

• Can I purchase previous releases?

  No, once the order closes we will not be making more. Order today before it's gone forever!

• Can I give a Toledo Shirt Club subscription as a gift?

  Absolutely! The Toledo Shirt Club subscription is a great gift for someone who loves Toledo and wants to show their pride. 

  Gift subscriptions can be prepaid at monthly intervals of 3, 6, or 12 months. At the end of the prepaid subscription period, the subscription will expire and will not renew.

  To send this as a gift, make sure you checkout with the correct subscriber information. It should include the gift recipient's information (name, shipping address, email, etc.).

• How to get my free shipping on other orders?

  To activate your free shipping, all you have to do is make sure you are logged into your jupmode.com account when you are online shopping. When you are logged in, you won’t need to use a code and your contact and shipping information will automatically be filled in to save you some time! 

  If you haven’t created your account yet, it is super easy and takes just a few clicks! You can refer to this blog here if you need step-by-step instructions. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase your shirt club shirt and you will be good to go!
