      How to Measure

      Lay your favorite garment on a flat surface, and measure across the chest, about 1” below the sleeves, from the shoulder hem to the bottom of the shirt, and from the shoulder to the end of the sleeves.

      Our Toledo Shirt Club is a subscription-based program. Every month we will have a brand new soft, comfy Toledo-themed t-shirt every month for just $18! These will be made using the same shirts you know and love from our retail brand but for $6 less. Plus, shipping is FREE on ALL jupmode.com orders! 

      You can pause or edit your membership at any time! Don’t like a shirt? Just skip that month! Want to give a shirt as a gift? No problem, just change the size and shipping address (don’t forget to change it back though)!

      Need to cancel? We’d be sad to see you go, but you can cancel online with no questions asked.

      FAQs

      • Subscriptions

      • Joining Jupmode's Toledo Shirt Club means that you are automatically enrolled in every Toledo Shirt! Once you sign up for this subscription, you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt.

        This is a monthly subscription so Toledo shirts will ship out on the 15th of every month.

        You will receive an email prior to each release, so you have time if you need to change your shirt size or cancel your subscription.

        The credit card on file will be charged automatically if you do not cancel your subscription prior to the shirt release date.

      • Your first shirt will ship out once you join the club. Your first shirt is your member t-shirt (which counts as one month). The next shirt you will receive will be the following month’s shirt of the month which will ship out on the 15th. You'll be getting the same soft, quality t-shirts you know from our retail store.

      • Once you are subscribed, your credit/debit card will be billed $22 (plus tax) and you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. After, a new shirt will be released every 30 days and you will be charged every month on the 15th. Shipping for the Toledo Shirt Club shirts is free!

      • When you join the Toledo Shirt Club, you will immediately be charged for your first shipment of your Member's Shirt. You'll then be charged on the 15th of each month for your monthly shirt delivery!

      • You will be charged $22 plus tax on the 15th of every month.

      • All official shirt of the month tees will ship out on the 15th of the month! To get a shirt of the month, you must join the club prior to the 15th of the month.

        For example, if you wanted the March shirt of the month, you would’ve had to have joined the club before March 15th. If you join the club after March 15th, you will receive the member shirt right away, but your first official shirt of the month will be the April Shirt Club shirt. Every month there will be a brand new design on our soft, comfy tees.

      • Orders ship on the 15th business day of the month. We ship via the US Postal Service. The standard shipping rate for one shirt is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are typically 3-5 days although it can vary depend on volume with USPS. You can expect your Toledo Shirt to arrive within the last few weeks of the new month.

      • Account management

      • No, Toledo Shirt Club Shirts cannot be returned.

      • Once you receive your shirt club shirt, you cannot exchange size. You can, however, change the size of your next shirt prior to the fulfillment date (see question below).

      • To cancel or pause your subscription, log in to your account, and you will see the options. Cancellations and pauses must be made prior to the next shirt release. 

      • Log in to your account, and you will be able to edit all of your personal information there.

      • Yes! As a Toledo-based company we aim to foster a sense of pride for our city. Toledoans have great pride in their state and we plan to reflect that in these Toledo Shirt releases.  

      • No, to purchase a Toledo Shirt you have to enroll in the subscription. If you would like to cancel your membership to the Toledo Shirt Club, this is not a binding contract and you are able to opt out at anytime. 

      • No, once the order closes we will not be making more. Order today before it's gone forever!

      • Absolutely! The Toledo Shirt Club subscription is a great gift for someone who loves Toledo and wants to show their pride. 

        To send this as a gift, make sure you checkout with the correct subscriber information. It should include the gift recipient's information (name, shipping address, email, etc.).

      • To activate your free shipping, all you have to do is make sure you are logged into your jupmode.com account when you are online shopping. When you are logged in, you won’t need to use a code and your contact and shipping information will automatically be filled in to save you some time! 

        If you haven’t created your account yet, it is super easy and takes just a few clicks! You can refer to this blog here if you need step-by-step instructions. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase your shirt club shirt and you will be good to go!

      Shirt of the month club

      JUPMODE shirt of the month club is fantastic! The sizes are true and the designs are fantastic! I get asked all the time where I got my shirt and I tell them there is only one place to get them and that’s JUPMODE!!!

      Love the quality and club flexibility

      I gave the Ohio shirt club to my husband as a gift. He now chooses between the Toledo club and Ohio club each month depending on which shirt he likes better. One month neither were quite his style so we changed the size and we got it for me (loved that Toledo leaf shirt!) He grew up in Toledo, but we’ve since moved away. He loves the little slice of Ohio he receives each month here in Nevada.
