Are your retail stores open?
Our Cricket West location is open to shop Tuesday-Saturday 11am-6pm and while they don't have curbside pick-up, you can always call ahead at (419) 573-2666 and if your item is in stock, they may be able to hold it for you. Currently, our Adams Street location is closed and does not have curbside pick-up available.
Do your shirts shrink?
Our shirts are mostly tri-blends made of up poly, cotton, and rayon. Because of the synthetic nature of poly and rayon fabrics, they hold their size/shape and shouldn’t noticeably shrink. This is also true for the 50/50 fabric.
Do your sweatshirts (sweatpants/hoodies) shrink?
Our fleece is specially washed before we receive it so that it is pre-shrunk and it gives it a soft feel. With that being said, our fleece may shrink if dried on high heat. We recommend that people wash in cold water and tumble dry on low or hang dry their fleece.
Do you do make custom t-shirts?

If I order online, how long does it take for delivery?
We ship items via USPS within 7-10 days of placing the order if the item is in stock. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships out. Please prepare for potential delays in shipments via USPS due to COVID-19.
We have two shipping options, depending on the weight of the package: Standard Shipping, $3.50, Priority Shipping, $6.00, or if your order is more than $50, shipping is free!
Jupmode offers free returns AND we’ll cover the return shipment of the item, too.
What is your return policy?
We don't typically encounter issues with inventory, but in the event this happens, we’ll notify you right away. We'll give you the option to exchange, replace, or receive a refund for your order. Jupmode will refund any order deemed unsatisfactory to our customers. Jupmode offers free returns AND we’ll cover the return shipment of the item, too. Items you wish to exchange or return must be unused, unwashed, and have the original hangtags attached. If you prefer, you can stop by our store and make the exchange in person.
