Two new tools to help with your orders on

The last two months have been quite busy for our ecommerce business. Between new releases, increases in ad spends, successful community promotions, and a significant change in consumer behavior to shopping online, our online sales have rivaled those of Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend. 

To make things even more exciting, we've been short handed in fulfillment and production due to the stay at home order. Although we were short staffed, we did our best to keep up with demand and expectations. 

That being said, there was a time within the last month that we had over 1,000 shirt orders in our shipping queue (not to mention the 6K+ we have piling up for our Here for Good presale campaign). This is not a position we wanted to be in or felt comfortable being in. We struggled at times to communicate effectively with our customers while keeping up with the demand.

In an effort to provide better service to our customers, we have implemented two new tools that we think will make the shopping experience on much easier. They are our new Order Lookup Tool and Returns and Exchanges Manager. Both of these tools allow you to do exactly what they say in real time without calling or emailing us for assistance. 

If you've placed an online order with us and you're curious about the status and haven't received or missed an email update from us, the order lookup tool will have all of the information you need. Simply enter your email address and order number and your order details and current status will be provided. 

The returns and exchanges manager allows you to easily submit a return or exchange for your product directly on our website. You enter the same information as the order lookup, order number and email, and you'll be given the option of a return or exchange. The return shipping label with instructions will be emailed directly to you upon completion of the form.

  • Jupmode offers free returns AND we’ll cover the return shipment of the item, too.
  • Items you wish to exchange or return must be unused, unwashed, and have the original hangtags attached.
  • If you prefer, you can stop by our store and make the exchange in person.

We want you to be happy with the items you ordered and wear them.
