At a time of year when most people are setting goals and making changes, we're setting some goals for ourselves here at Jupmode. We're always striving to do better. In 2020 we're working to change things that will help us be a more sustainable and eco-friendly business, from the way we package our online orders, to the way we box our custom orders, to offering a t-shirt collection that uses a more sustainable shirt blank.
For our Do Better shirt, one that encourages doing better, we wanted to make sure that the actual shirt the design is printed on is one that's better at sustainability. It's built from 50% Repreve polyester from recycled plastic, 25% organic, US grown, combed, ring spun cotton, and 25% Tencel Modal. These sustainable fibers combine to create a soft, flexible, and smooth fabric. Each shirt uses 6 recycled poly water bottles, is cut and sewn in Haiti, and all fabric is spun, knitted, processed and finished in the USA.
A city only becomes better by the people within it working to make it better. We encourage you to get involved in 2020! Work to do better for your community and make change happen. This design is a limited run, so get it while you can! We're excited to share our sustainability practices with you as the year goes on.
