Toledo Shirt Club Subscription FAQ
We are offering our Toledo Shirt Club as a subscription-based program. Every month we will have a brand new Toledo themed shirt for subscribers only. These shirts will not be for sale online or instore for one time purchase.
When you sign up for the Toledo Shirt Club, you will be charged monthly $18 plus tax (shipping is free!) and receive our Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. If you choose to prepay and save, you will be charged immediately and then continually on the 15th of the month for the subscription period you chose. After that, you will automatically receive our new Toledo Shirt design when it is released on the 15th of each month.
All subscribers to the Toledo Shirt Club will receive free shipping on all orders on Jupmode.com.
How do I subscribe to the Toledo Shirt Club?
Subscribing is as easy as placing a standard order on Jupmode.com.

How does the Toledo Shirt Club Subscription Work?
Joining Jupmode's Toledo Shirt Club means that you are automatically enrolled in every Toledo Shirt Club Shirt! Once you sign up for this subscription, you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. This is a monthly subscription so Toledo shirts will ship out on the 15th of every month. You will receive an email prior to each release, so you have time if you need to change your shirt size or cancel your subscription. The credit card on file will be charged automatically if you do not cancel your subscription prior to the shirt release date.
How does billing work for my subscription?
Once you are subscribed, your credit/debit card will be billed $18 (plus tax) and you will receive your Toledo Shirt Club Member t-shirt. After, a new shirt will be released every 30 days and you will be charged every month on the 15th. Shipping for the Toledo Shirt Club shirts is free!
You have the option to prepay and save - 5% on 3 months, 10% on 6 months, and 20% on 12 months. If you choose to prepay, your subscription will automatically be renewed for the same interval at the end of the prepaid subscription period.
If you are gifting an Toledo Shirt Club membership, the subscription will expire at the end of the prepaid period and will not renew.
Will all of your t-shirts have a Toledo theme?
Yes! As a Toledo based company we aim to foster a sense of pride for our city. Toledoans have great pride in their city and and we plan to reflect that in these Toledo Shirt releases.
Can I purchase the Toledo Shirt without enrolling in the program?
No, to purchase an Toledo Shirt you have to enroll in the subscription. If you would like to cancel your membership to the Toledo Shirt club, this is not a binding contract and you are able to opt out at anytime.
Can I purchase previous releases?
No, once the order closes we will not be making more. Order today before it's gone forever!
How do I cancel my subscription?
How can I change my address, size, or payment info?
Login to your account at Jupmode.com and you will be able to edit all of your personal information there.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship on the 15th of each month or the first business day following the 15th. We ship via the US Postal Service. The standard shipping rate for one shirt is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are typically 3-5 days although it can vary depend on volume with USPS. You can expect your Toledo Shirt to arrive within the first few weeks of the new month.
How do I make changes to my account?
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
Toledo Shirt Club Shirts cannot be returned but can be exchanged for a different size. If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I give a Toledo Shirt Club subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! The Toledo Shirt Club subscription is a great gift for someone who loves Toledo and wants to show their pride.
Gift subscriptions can be prepaid at monthly intervals of 3, 6, or 12 months. At the end of the prepaid subscription period, the subscription will expire and will not renew.
To send this as a gift, make sure you checkout with the correct subscriber information. It should include the gift recipient's information (name, shipping address, email, etc.).
How to get my free shipping?
To activate your free shipping, all you have to do is make sure you are logged into your jupmode.com account when you are online shopping. When you are logged in, you won’t need to use a code and your contact and shipping information will automatically be filled in to save you some time!
