Jupmode T-Shirt Sweepstakes
1. Jupmode T-Shirt Sweepstakes is sponsored by Jupmode, Toledo, Ohio.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to organizations located in the United States. An individual submitting an entry on behalf of an organization must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to act for that organization. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates are not eligible to win.Void where prohibited by law.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
4. How to Enter
To enter, complete the contact form expressing interest at URL during the Sweepstakes entry period. Limit one (1) entry per organization. Duplicate or automated entries are void.
5. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on February 1st and ends on February 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
6. Prizes
Three (3) organizations will each receive fifty (50) t-shirts.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV):
ARV per prize: $1,000
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,000
T-shirts will be produced according to Jupmode's standard production specifications. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted.
7. Winner Selection
On or about March 1st, Sponsor will select three (3) potential winners from all eligible entries received, either by random drawing or internal selection process. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified using the contact information provided in the entry form. If a potential winner does not respond within e.g.,7 days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Jupmode permission to use the organization’s name and general description (city/state) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors, system failures, or interruptions of any kind.
11. Privacy Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.jupmode.com/policies/privacy-policy.
12. General Conditions
Jupmode reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Jupmode in its sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
